Is your usual store-bought ham leaving you wishing for something more tasty? This is the solution to your problem! This boneless ham is approximately 12 lbs each and is a true whole muscle ham.

Bow-ties with Ham and Peas


  • 1 lb. bow-tie pasta (farfalle)
  • 3 tbls butter
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1.5 cups diced ham
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese


  • Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions. Drain.
  • Add butter to pot and heat over medium heat until fully melted. Add the diced onion and cook until soft, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the peas and half and half, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until thickened, for approximately 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the diced ham to the sauce and cook until heated through. Toss with the pasta, and top with cheese. Enjoy!
